So6p was like a god,even at his old age he had enough chakra and power to make naruto and sasuke demi-gods if they were not already.
He was the one who gave them that power.

I think naruto is ashura level right now but not sage of six path level.

If Sasuke is currently at Hagoromos level, Narutos ability to fight on par with him puts them at the same level .​

He is most likely close to it or is on the level after getting all of that natural energy that even Kurama was surprised by (the amount of it). Kaguya is above Hagoromo as he said himself so if Naruto was fighting Kaguya alone for a good while then it's safe to assume he's on the Sage's level since it took both Hagoromo and his brother to beat Kaguya but Sasuke wasn't really fighting as Naruto's equal in that fight.

Sasuke said he was getting use to his powers from their fight with Madara and Kaguya but Naruto was doing the same thing as well but we saw more from him. Sasuke is shown to master his doujutsu in battle as he shown to do with his MS and EMS so he can learn to use his powers in battle but Naruto's power is a type of power he has to train to be able to fully use. Naruto gained the 8 Bijuus abilities which lets him use their elements but that doesn't let him use jutsus that require hand seals since he has to learn them and practice how to use them; jutsus that the Edo Jinchuurikis used for example. Well unless the Bijuus teach him them or switch with him and use the jutsus themselves.
