Let say the ten-tails does transform. What we know is that it has a Rinnegan + 2x Sharingan. Could it be possible that it may have unimaginable ocular power beyond the rinnegan. If so, then how does Madara plan to control it when he wont be able to beat it. The answer lies with SOT6P, maybe there is a reason he chose the son who thought LOVE was the answer. Even Mito Uzamaki said "we must first fill the vessel with love". Maybe love was the reason why The Sage was able to become the jinchuuriki.
