I don't think Kaguya is stronger than the Sage

Now, VIZ might confirm it to be true. Through the scanlations I didn't think he meant it. Honestly, The Sage seem more like he said it out of respect for his mother.

He also never stated if his mother was good or evil. He said people referred to her as a Goddess or a Demon. Obviously, she was the first person with Chakra. I mean shit according to Madara she stop war. Neither did she bring peace though. The Sage himself states he brought peace.

Which then leads to another question, why didn't Kaguya deal with the Juubi?

I could be mistaking power as a means to bring peace. Then again, Madara said "Power is the ability to make things happen." I agree 100%.

IMO, the hatred among brothers is NOT important. Kaguya and The Sage(possibly his brother) is what's truly important.

But yeah i'm like 100% sure kaguya could not deal with it because of something to do with her eating the fruit. Besides the juubi doesn't seem to have been a huge problem roaming around because she seems to could have cared less as she went and had kids and did all that jazz with it around.

It does seem unlikely that Kaguya would be more powerful than a Ten-Tails Jin Hagoromo with Rinnegan, but Hagoromo did state it. We'll just have to wait for the VIZ translation to confirm it.

With great power comes a price.
There was probably a contract of some sort. She gave a blood oath that, she would do no harm to him, in exchange for the power.
Maybe she was bound to a certain proximity, dimension, etc.
