Minato was hyped up to be a badass and ended up being weak in my opinion. He was hyped up to be the savior of this world, fastest shinobi, genius, etc but after all that he constantly was relying on kurama's chakra.

Fastest shinobi? His shunshin is so great that even speedsters from the first generation were slow compared to him
Genius? Exceeds Tobirama in his own jutsu, learn KCM in an instant when Naruto needed 16years

Its because all he needs is: kunai, ftg and rasengan. He doesnt use anything else because he doesnt need to and thats why people hate him.

he uses 3 simple things yet, solos armies.

Exactly. People train and train and learn big ass jutsus but he solos with ftg and a kunai. So simple but so great. Maybe thats it, its to easy and simple.

That's another reason why I like him, he doesn't have mountain buster attacks but he doesn't need to. His fights only last seconds or a couple minutes max due to his fighting style.
