Okay, so i have seen many posts talking about Tobi and Madara as if they are different people, i thought they are the same person? Could someone explain this to me? Also i am caught up with the anime but haven't read the manga yet so that may be why i don't understand. Thanks

The anime(well, subbed, not dubbed) is close to it though, I do believe, since it seems everyone is talking about Darui vs Gin & Kin bros fight in the anime, but I don't watch it so I'm not 100% sure.

Is there a certain part i should start at that is where the Subbed anime is at now, where durai fight silver & gold? or should i just start to read from the beginning?

You could start from where the anime has left off and be alright, but do realize there is quite a bit of filler in anime episodes, so it won't exactly match the anime.
