Well I like the PS thing but really He is always talking against Bijuus and then he used them....

What Sasuke using bijuu powers actually proves is that he was either nerfed or holding back massively when he was fighting Naruto and only became moderately serious this chapter by using the bijuu powers but Sasuke still not using rinnegan techs beside shfiting offensively.
