I'd figure it would be possible for Sasuke to unlock the rinnegan. Madara did say he unlocked it while he was near death, which is the state Sasuke is in right now so it is possible (if he gets healed that is).
For Naruto it just seems like he is being healed and are heading somewhere, my guess is they are heading to Minato to seal the other half of the kyuubi into Naruto which with Sakura's healing may be enough to stop him from dying. But the gedo mezo did dissapear from underneath madara this chapter, it very well could have been summoned by Obito/black zetsu and if Naruto is heading that way he might get to be the juubi jin.
