I dont get why kakashi was the only one who copied techniquesa

Well Kakashi was truly awesome Ninja. He fought a lot(may be) and was brilliant(a fact).
We didn't get to see much of Uchihas' but with Saringan, they could as well copy all technique(except Bloodline Limits).

I mean techically any Uchiha who awakened their sharingan and mastered it, memorized nevery tech they came across cause it's automatic if they had their sharingan out at the time of the fight, but chose not to use the tech as much

depending on the tech whether it was worth copying or not

I think Kakashi was the only sharingan user to spam this sharingan ability to death as he did. I mean to memorie the tech then spit it back at the opponent. Perhaps, and I'm going with others in that perhaps the Uchiha had a certain level of pride not to rely so heavily on others techs. They would have had to be a fool not to copy the good ones and use them, bt I think and agree there was a certain level of pride that kept them over abusing this tech

Kakashi on the other hand had no such restraints or clan pride to worry about

Itachi copied Kabuto's Suiton Jutsu, they only use it when it is needed, Kakashi just stocked up on Jutsu lol.

Even if they did they would most likely only have two. Kakashi is a rare case for having three. Also Uchiha probably don't find the need in copying tech out of pride. Also kakashi was a genuis. Maybe he found it easier to copy a tech he saw with the sharingan. Itachi himself said that kakashi was better with the sharingan than most people from the clan.

Because why copy someone else's ability when you can just get a new eye and get some flashy new moves that can kill almost any Jonin rank or lower? (In some cases even a few Kage)
