it was used to counter izanagi to make sure someone didnt run from their errors(or something like that) but all it did was leave two people with only one eye, unless eye transplants were a regular thing back then.

izanagi was used to avoid a physical injury(not a mental or metaphorical one as itachi explained). So like itachi said it was used to teach izanagi users a lesson, but what would be the lesson next time take the shurikan to the face?

So unless they regurally did eye transplants i could only "change my results" twice to avoid an injury and you countering it with izanami to show me that i guess avoiding the injury was wrong just leaves both of us with one eye. What do you think?

Do you have ever heard of word called Doujutsu, uchiha are known for that word only, and whatever you've written in your post i don't get the point of all that :what:

If you are in a life or death battle sometime one avoidance or rewritten fate is all you need to stay alive. It's either loose an eye or die.
