This is one of the biggest BS I have seen in this manga ..... I still don't know how did this happen .

The Juubi becomes that holy Tree .... and then they took out those bijuu from Obito ... and Madara brought Gedo Mazu from Obito's body

And then he absorbed the Bijuu again into the Gedo Mazu ... and summoned the Juubi .

But Juubi was turned into that holy tree .... how the hell did Madara brought him again ...... this is a mystery

The shinju actually become lifeless for a while because it lost a connection to Juubi chakra that inside obito then Madara.

But it just reside by Kaguya conciousness that wait for a victim.

Maybe that kaguya present that keep shinju still standing, if not the shinju will crumble or disappear

Other possibilities is Kaguya choose to reside in Shinju and control it, but without much chakra from juubi nothing she can do, just wait inside it

Wait a minute... Madara just summoned the Juubi and then absorbed it? Making him the Jinchuriki... So then... Wait.. So what happened to the Tree? I guess it was summoned to Madara along with the Juubi since their one in the same?

NOPE!!! So then what the HELL is going on here? How can the Juubi and Holy Tree be in 2 places at once, and dont even get me started on what the Gedo Mazou was doing over there when we clearly saw it become the Juubi.
