First of all, I think he only showed his MS for one reason - to show he is not pure and has the same hatred that they were going on about. He had no intention to fight.

The second thing you said, I don't see it happen. We have three sets of people who share about the same relationship and connection:
-Hashi and Madara
-Kakashi and Obito
-Naruto and Sasuke
All their storylines seem to be meeting up at one point and each pair will have to solve their problem. That means, Uchiha getting beaten and breaking through their hatred which is most likely the end that Kishi wants to prepare for. I'm sure the people in each pair will have to handle each other seperately but still in the same battle.

Why did Sasuke just show his normal MS
to the hokages he have the strongest eye's and he only shows his Ms

What i think is that there wil come a fight just between Sasuke and madara in some way
And then he will show madara his true powers

Not in the way people might think but I do believe all 3 Uchihas will at the end abandon their hatred to a point.

To be honest, I don't think that Hashi and Madara will be in the story for much longer. Madara won't be the final villain and I see him in the story for historical purpose only. They will probably meet up, have some epic flashbacks, epic fight and then both will have to let go.

The story is more about the living than the dead. Plus I think the more tragic the uchiha fate and story is, the more likely I see it coming that they will all find a semi good ending by at leasting having their peace. Becoming a good boy is way too much here I think.
