Its not just because sakura helped him ... Deep down sasuke cares for team 7 .He will try to save them without thinking ahead .

I disagree with People who say its because a favor or because naruto told him . Last chapter naruto was literally crying for obito ,but sasuke did not try to save him .even though obito also helped saving sasuke along with sakura. (although obito caused lots of sasuke troubles)

If sasuke truly doesn't wanna do anything then he won't do it regardless of what anybody says so all this talk about him doing it because naruto asked him is just bs, you think sasuke gives a shit about what naruto asks if he doesn't wanna do something?
