Its about all techniques players used here. Does this techniques came from manga or created by players or sensei? If the technique was created by player or sensei, how they get the tech name right in Japanese language?

If you're talking about RP as a whole: both.

The jutsu that appear in the series are considered canon jutsu. The RP staff applies our jutsu format to all the canon jutsu and we simply take over the Japanese names. Outside that people can also create their own jutsu, which are considered custom jutsu and who have to be approved by the staff. They simply use translators to turn the English names into Japanese names. Btw this does not only apply to jutsu, but also elements, clans and fighting styles.

OK, nice to know. Its because I tried to translate jutsu name I found here into Japanese to see the result same or nkt but not found.
