um.... in all the story thats been going on all these years, this is the "impossible" thing that bothers you? The reason peoples' eyes can be transplanted is this: that is simply how it works in the Narutoverse. the world of Naruto is not our world. while in real life you cannot transplant an eye and have it function, i also think you can't shove a gigantic 9-tailed demon fox into your body either... or use ninjutsu or genjutsu like they do, or run up walls and walk on water... plus, in the story, the eyes are designed specifically to be able to be transplanted because that's the only way to get EMS and probably, by extension, the Rinnegan
