That's a big misconception, it's not hate that awakens MS it's strong emotions, Sarada didn't have to witness the death of her clan or fight an enemy for her to awaken her dojutsu because her emotions are more sensitive than Sasuke's or Madara's. Indra lived in a time of peace but it didn't stop him from awakening the Mangekyo

That "half-bloodline" logic doesn't apply to Hago's descendants. Naruto was "half-Uzumaki" but still had the genes to awaken his progenitor's abilities. The Sharingan is stated to be rare for Uchiha yet Sarada awakened it effortlessly.

In addition it's mental weakness that allows dojutsu to progress, Sarada already displayed her emotions to be sensitive enough for her to unlock dojutsu without the need for violence.
