I don't even know what a prodigy is anymore. Bolt ain't no real prodigy. He just saw his father spam the shadow clones so many times. So he took an interest in learning about it and that opened the door for him to understand other things.
Honestly, kids at a young age are sensitive. If something capture their heart at an very young age, a fast learning process will start at a young age. That's really what happened to Sasuke, Kakashi, and Orochimaru.
Think about it. When we was all kids, we used to be top gamers when playing shooting games or any other games. Shit I could call myself a prodigy when it come to shooting games. I used rake in 30+ kills in Socom back in my early days. Then I stop playing games for yearss. Then I pick up Destiny and still pull in 30+ kills on a good day, while my friends gotta work his ass off to do that kind of thing.
So the key to becoming a "Kishi" prodigy is have an interest in something at an very young age first Everybody else wasn't trying to learn their parents jutsu so the learning process was slow for them!
