Madara actually might be playing dead cause now he's lost all his jubi powerups he's fodder compared to naruto and sasuke(Especially if they both still have their hagoromo powerups) and well this might be the 1st time he's ever been terrified and well naruto and sasuke after defeating kaguya might seem scary to madara.
