[Discussion] I dare anyone say that Mayuri is one of the weakest Captains now...

Hes proved that wrong since the Zombie fights, he shits on Hitsugaya, Suifeng, Kensei, Shinji, Rose, and I would take him over Ukitake for all we know and even Komamura at his latest powerup.

The only ones I would have him rank behind are Zaraki Aizen Shinsui and maybe Byakuya. Him and Urahara are the smartest and most fascinating characters. Hes becoming one of my favorite characters ever and honestly I dont see why he doesnt have a bigger fanbase.

Also, Bleach has been on the Up lately, this next fight will probably even top this one and were finally gonna see Shinsui getting sh*t done!

He is one of the weaker captains, But he makes up for that by applying SCIENCE to his enemies, until he has won. in an honest sword fight, he would lose to most other captains. with enough info and prep time, fights are not so much "who will win" as "how will mayuri win".

Mayuri really is awesome, I don't think I'd call him one of thw stronger captains though. His bankai doesn't seem as powerful as a lot of the other captains to me. His poisons and special serums are cool but, as seen with pernida, they won't always work. And while he did beat him, it was at the expense of a project he spent many years working on, his child. Not exactly a smooth win.

All of the above stated though I do still think Mayuri is one of the most interesting captains of all (especially that face paint)

I like mayuris character for a few reasons ...he sets up the impossible like bringing hitsuguya back from the dead ,owning a machine that negates the fact your missing captain energy to open a portal , revives limbs and sometimes saves the day like a opening a portal from hueco muendo for ichi..
however he has never been a great or exciting fighter he just pulls the win and for that i would rank him maybe #6 of the gotei captains present captains anyway

.. Meh. Im going to rank them. Cause Mayuri though isnt the best fighter, his bankai is crazy strong and hes an analytical fighter. He wasnt prepared for the fight with the hand but still won (Ofc at the expense of his VC)

Kenpachi (Dont even need to say. Kenpachi solos)
Fox Captain (His new mode gives him immortality and hes way stronger)
Rose (Honestly. Alot of people are going to fall to rose. LOL)
Rukia (Idc what nobody says shes captain level and her bankai though not perfected is stronger then most)

Those are the captains he cant beat.. But ima go down the list of those who he can

Toshiro - (This guy is weak af with a simple bankai)
Byakuya - I dont even like the fact he was revived. When the dude had a chance to redeem himself saving rukia all he did was do the same ol same ol shikai move. Shit is played out. The only reason he came back was cause kubo wanted to keep the KenpachiXByakuya hype up when we ALL know.. Kenpachi > Him
Kinsei - Though powerful, I dont see mayrui loosing to him. LOL
Sick Captain - The dude was weak af.
Shinji - Hes immune to poison so his shikai wouldnt work
Soifon - Fodder like shit. Lol


So In terms of his rank, I would rank him higher then lowers

Mayuri is weak physically but he makes it up for his metal capacity. he couldn't even beat pernida by himself he needed assistance and pernida was so nerfed he didn't even use his volstang . Honestly Mayuri is incredibly strong with enough prep, without prep though he has to rely on the information he sends to his bankai. On a side note idk why he isn't up there but all the sczuennuefuel with volstang stomp Mayuri as well as almighty Yhwach and almighty Haschwalth. Mayuri is definitely one of the strongest though.

Lol no byakuya is way stronger than most you named an he did not use the same old shikai it was much stronger that time around when he used it on asnodt after coming from the royal palace...an myuri can probably beat every captain at the moment he has lots of info about them already.
