I don't think Itchii or whatever his name was will take over Kawakii like Orochimaru, I think he will be defeated but that Kawakii will turn somehow and that panel we saw will be Kawakii and not the outsutstukii talking about sending Naruto somewhere.

I think he is gonna get seduced by the Outstustuki somehow, maybe they have a grand vision, like they want to end the era of shinobi somehow for some purpose that seems important to him.

The way you spelled his name had me dying. You could be right though, I kind of think isshiki is in that black orb thingy on jigen stomach and kawaki didn’t have that when boruto and him fought
