Description:The user summons a host of bugs form there very own body.This justu does not require any chakra sence the bugs do all the work.

then use a fireball to light it which hurts me alot and kills all of the bugs on me

Your lightning doesnt get passed my shield

Descripton: Small spray water that opponet to it`s surface but can be avoided with water walking ability.

water is not stronger than lightning and used a stronger jutsu than your sheild so it does get past your sheild.

will have a burst of electricity flow into the opopnent. Causing a brief paralysis(lasts for the remeinder of this turn)

your electric just stay at water shield..because water conduct elec right?

yes water conducts electricity so it doesn't just get stuck in the water
if it didn't conduct electricity then yes it would just get stuck unless i increased the voltage.

techniquely the extra damage shouldn't be in there since water actually doesn't conduct that well the jutsu does get through the water cause water is not a elemental advantage over electricity and the jutsu i used is a higher rank then the sheild jutsu.
