i cant watch the anime the same

Because I read the manga.


Its like, "oh no NArutos gonna die!"


And Im like "Really *****, the manga disagrees"

I thought this would be about the horrible animation.
To be honest, the manga has gotten to that point as well. Kishi is too spineless to kill anyone important for good.

Not sure which recent episode you're thinking about (probably the one where Madara attacks the quaternary characters and Potato Jesus is one of them), but this latest episode was really, really well done.

Yeah, it's pretty hard to watch the anime when you already know what's going to happen. It's one of the reasons I was so reluctant to read the manga in the first place.

I actually restrained myself from reading this part of the manga. From Where we are now to the reveal of Tobi's identity I have no idea what's going to happen. I know what fights happen but I haven't actually seen them in detail. So this episode was all new for me and it was awesome.

I always like to see awesome moments in the anime first. It's just not the same in black and white stills with no music. I haven't read the Attack on Titan or Hunter x Hunter manga yet either and that is why those shows are so awesome.

If you feel this way you should try waiting for the anime at some parts. It makes it so much better. I don't mean Naruto because you have already read it but for the 2 I just listed above you should wait. Unless you have already read those too.

I was reluctant to read the manga too at first but I picked up at around chapter 550 or something. I don't really regret it. It's still nice to see the manga animated for me personally. I guess it depends from one person to another.
