I don't think it's the last filler, IMO there will be one after juubi arc and then one after Madara revival arc. There shouldn't be anymore fillers after that since the final arc will everyone just going back to what they were doing and sasuke vs naruto. I heard that there will be a final movie which link in with the anime.
