That is what i got from his thread.

Dude you don't need a Naruto character to make a bio. Come up with a cool name and background story of your guy.
A little hint by the way, start trying to be noticed by a sensei because i hear they are kinda hard to get.

You're a Genin now ^.^

You can make Aburame clan members. (except for Torune)
You can make Inuzuka member (kiba etc)

and check what you can and can't make.

I think the guy a couple of posts above me showed you which threads you need to check to get the bio template and stuff so you should be fine.
