I can't figure this panel out.

This here panel on the bottom right of the last page of Chapter 497. I can't figure out what I'm looking at. The thing in the middle looks like the seams for Naruto's pant's fly. If that's the SFX of him getting up, the hand in that panel could be bracing on his knee as he's getting up, but there's a contour on the left, and one on the right. So that would mean either his knee is getting chopped or he's bracing his hand on his crotch. It's not his hips in profile, because that's the fly in the middle, the pockets are shaped horizontally and are thinner. Is it a completely different part of his body? Are the shapes on either side his legs as he's uncrossing them? If that's his fly, shouldn't the top of his jacket be in the panel and also filled with black?

Maybe someone can try to illustrate what the rest of the image would look like if the view was pulled back a little bit or something. Trying to figure the image out hurts my head whenever I get to this page.

The thread title was changed when I accidentally hit a button to restore some autosaved stuff. I asked a mod to fix it for me. This thread is about the panel.

That panel, believe it or not, is Naruto reaching to grab onto his shirt.
His hand is moving up from his waist/lap as he stands up, and I presume that the seams are those from his pockets.

I'm trying to picture that. I might just need someone to finish a little bit more of the panel for me to see it.

I don't know what you're even talking about. Thank you for not reading the OP and also for reading my mind even though I don't even know you. If the confusing panel was focused on some other part of his body you wouldn't be making this comment would you? Now who's the pervert?

Okay, so I made some attempts to understand what is going on with the panel by trying to complete the image. Here is my first try. Here is that it looks like when I think that it's his waist, but if it's really him lifting his hand to grab his shirt like TheOfficialSabuto says, it seems like a really awkward pose. At least from this side. The weird seam which looks like the fly isn't supposed to be there either, but I gave it a shot anyway:
