I cant connect to xbox onlin

I test my xbox connection and its perfectly fine, but it has a service message. It says to go to xbox.com/service alerts... Is anybody else experiencing this..

Unplug it and plug it back in, works with everything else

I'm not affected by it, but I guess some people are. I guess it's thanks to my superior connection.
