i can't concentrate in class does anyone have tips for me

It's getting rediculous people are yelling, the teacher is most of the time absent and i can't come to anyone or someone to get help on this matter

so i thought hey seek help out on the base u know!

Teacher is absent most of the time? What kind of classroom is this? My teacher was never absent and yelling wasn't a problem anyway. If getting good grades and graduating was important, it was important.
