The premium section is just for those who want to pay and support the site, and due to that, they are given additional features like 150x300 Avatar, Bigger Signature, Name changes(once per day), colored usernames, a premium banner, premium award(for those who win it) and the section itself, which we are talking about.
If you are able to pay for your internet and have a PC/Mobile Phone, then don't call yourself poor. After all, as I said before, no one is making you buy premium by force. Read the rules of how Premium Section works before you post something that doesn't make any sense, somehow.
