I can not wait for Lord Sasuke to use his other eye

I believe the reason why Sasuke using one rinnegan at the moment is to get accustom to it powers .If Sasuke was using both his rinnegan then he will be using up alot of chakra and not knowing his their abilities.So Sasuke is just mastering one Rinnegan/sharinnegan jutsu then he work on the other one.
I know some of you Sasuke hater will deny my comment ,but Sasuke went through the same experience as Madara.Madara unlock a pair of rinnegan,not just one rinnegan,therefore Sasuke have to both.Obito said this twice,when two sharingan eyes unite,then their ultimate power will be unleash,so far we have not seen Sasuke at his best.Sasuke is just in the testing phase,probably when Madara become worthy enough (having both rinnegan) then Sasuke will use his best.Sasuke right eye should be able to change to EMS too,it should not be base sharinegan only,he need to use susano for defense against any madara jutsu.This also prove that Sasuke will unlock his rinnengan/sharinnegan eventually.

I do think that two rinnegan eyes are equal or greater than the 9TR Sasuke has.

So there's also the possibility of Madara having the other eye by combining the 2 rinnegan he possesses. With Sasuke being the final piece for Madara to reach heights above Kaguya

Nah, i mean in my Opinion, One Rinnegan is enough. If Sasuke has two rinnegans in battling Rikudou Madara with Naruto before Madara go to kamui dimension and taking his own original left rinnegan, Battle is over before it starts.

Considering that He have half Hagoromo chakra (Yin like Indra chakra), He unlocked one Rinnegan.
Madara achieved pair of rinnegan by have both chakra ( Ashura and Indra chakra mixed into Hagoromo's full chakra Yin and Yang)
If Sasuke have Naruto chakra ( Yang like Ashura chakra) he will have two rinnegan, i believe.
