Now this is all depending on his ability to manipulate the shape of his Iron Sand if he can utilize his KKG the same way Sasori did in his fight with Sakura but use jutsu from Gaara's moveset would be pretty broken if you ask me

Imagine if he used techniques like an Iron Sand Coffin or an Iron Sand Tsunami? (depending on if he can produce enough iron to do so) no Genin would be prepared for that in the CE let alone escape if he catches his opponent

I believe so because Gaara was breaking down rocks to become minerals with just his sand alone so Shinki with Iron Sand could possibly speed up the process since iron is heavier than sand
