Windis the movement of air particles creating a wind. Wind jutsu can be used to slice through objects and repel them also. Wind is best in Mid-Long range. Wind is strong against lightning but its weak against fire. It is mostly Offensive and Supplementary Jutsu. Naruto is a wind user.
