To be honest I always thought Kaidou would appear as some deformed beast, I'm still convinced he's a Zoan class devil fruit user of the highest caliber, due to the fact that he has a zoan army and his name. But man Kaidou looks hecka intimidating, nice work on Oda's part.

He looks similar to Oars and his guy's(Sheep's Head) belt buckle looked like Oars as well. I wonder if there will be some connection.

There is something bothering me ! we all assumed he should have Zoan type DF , but Oda mentioned in this chapter that Kaido is the strongest living creature in "Land , sky and SEA" !! so it seems that maybe he doesn't actually have a DF.

True true, but I didn't mention luffy because luffy was barely ready for a schichibukai like doflamingp, granted dpflamingo is incredibly powerful, but the level difference between yonko and schichibukai is evidently a huge hgap, luffy needs more time, hopefully Oda doesn't pull a kishi. And plot have mercy on Kaidou? The man wants to die, if anything, plot is keeping him alive is merciless .but you know what would be funny? If all the yonkos were "Ds." minus whitebeard of course.

If Kaidou has been surviving without a devil fruit then he truly is hax, but given by his name "hundred beast" he may have one, he may have the mythological zoan fruit, or a level above that? The only hundred beast I know is the hectatoncles from Greek mythology. Kaidou seems to be rather brash though, we don't know the full extent of his abilities because when shanks confronted him and came back to marinefold he didn't have any noticeable scratches. Is it weird that whenever I see Kaidou I think he looks like Fugitora, it's weird, to me they look alike, facial wise
