Current Madara is the Madara from today's chapter who currently has absolutely nothing that would beat Obito as far as we know. Madara most likely has something that would put him above Obito, however, without me actually seeing that something then this is considered an assumption. So until Madara actually shows that something, I'll still be putting Obito above him.​

He doesn't "change" from now to next chapter lul, he just hasn't shown said jutsu.
People assume that the jutsu you've seen is their current level, Kakashi has 1,000 jutsu,
