I got to teach you a way of summoning a rain cloud first up <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite1" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" data-shortname=":)" /><br /> <br /> So this is what your going to be able to have when you follow my instructions: Jutsu Down Below <br /> <br /> - Artificial Rain Skill [Jinkouu no Jutsu] By focusing chakra on a source of water to evaporate it and raise it up in the air, <br /> the user may create a cloud far above the battlefield. Because heat is not used to accomplish this the cloud quickly recondenses <br /> and begins falling as rain. The area covered by the rain is the same (15 meters) but the time the rain lasts is dependent on <br /> how much chakra and water is used. | Chakra- 6| The Rain starts after this jutsu is used. <br /> <br /> A Rain Ninja should always start or use a following summoning rain technique on his first move <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite1" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" data-shortname=":)" /> <br /> <br /> So i want you to focus/send your chakra to a pond of water and make it evaporate into the air. <br /> <br /> This will generate a cloud, once you have learnt how to send your chakra and evaporate the water into the air. I want you to keep the chakra link, with your cloud. Think of it like a bond, where theres a long chakra thread attached the cloud and to you. So basically you have full control over the cloud. Like a chakra thread, once you do this.
