[Technical Issue] I am having a problem with profile background image.

Hello Mods and others,
I set my Profile background picture with this picture:

You must be registered for see images

I set it repeat both and it makes my profile beautiful. I save it. But after I go to another page and return the profile background resets back to black.
Need help real fast.
Note:I tried it 5 times and saved it correctly but it is not staying.

from the looks of it that link looks invalid and wouldn't properly upload, it doesn't have a .jpeg or .png at the end of it

I went to customize my profile there in the profile background switched to insert image where i entered image url of the previous image. Then I set it to repeat as both and it was perfect and then I clicked save in the up which said that my settings are being saved then it was a perfect profile. I went to Forum Games and after a vm notification I returned but pic was not present it was black and I went to customize profile again there it was black and repeated the process 5 times.
Am I specific enough.

I saw that.

Two things. There is actually a profile design guide:

You must be registered for see links

and the fact that if you want to participate in POTM, profile of the month, you're not allowed to receive feedback about your profile as it's a rule in the said competition. Plus the fact that if you want to receive tips it'd be better if you did so in Vm's.
