she wont be using that. she might give some life force, but as far as we know she doesn't have chiyo's technique. not to mention....naruto would go literally insane if something happened to her or gaara at this point. what she just did though, proves she not only has a dangerous chakra scalpel but she has advanced her medic skills even farther. Madara is too OP right now to matter, but he would have probably killed her off and tsunade if he was smart to prevent anyone else from being saved.
