The more i look at the guy in the cloak the more i think he is shisui
and the eye on him doesn't look like his i mean he atleast does not heal like a senju

They eye has been stitched into place, ruining the original eye shape. That says there was trauma around the eye and that a simple transplant wouldn't work, so he had to resort to stitching the eyes. Making me believe it must be Shisui.
