I am 100% Naruto will win against Sasuke even though he does not deserve to be the victor.
Sasuke is currently 4-0 but since Naruto is the main character and the way story seems to move, it leads me to believe Nartuto will win.
Just listen for a second, why would Kishi make the person that was evil (maybe still evil but in a different way) and the person who refuses to help others win ? That means the mangaka is saying evil>good
As a face of one of the biggest manga(Naruto), you want someone that understands everyone feelings, is humble and kind not someone that is mostly opposite (Sasuke).It is just like WWE, John Cena is the face of it, he is told to play the humble, kind and good character because that is what sells.
Naruto is one of those Shonen mangas that is traditional, the Main characters never die and never really get beat in the end.Becaus of this I can't see the MAIN MAIN character getting beaten, probably if Naruto were to loose, their world or the villages would turn more toward communism because of Sasuke and that would not satisfy the young readers, kishi knows this.
HOWEVER IF this was a real battle without plot shield, I definitely think Sasuke would win.

It is better in some aspects of battles because the Mangaka lets the main character loose often.
