When Hiruzen tries, you get raped. Heres him with killing intent...
-A battle exhausted Hiruzen with a part of his soul left easily disarming Orochimaru and speed owned him behind his blind side to catch him in close range. You can easily see with these scans that Orochimaru was actually pushed to try at the last second and looked quite frightened. This is THE Orochimaru who without arms was playing around with 4 Tailed Naruto.

Using these scans, It would be possible that if Orochimaru didn't have his Edos, he would have been easily killed by Hiruzen if he had killing intent at the beginning of the battle.

If Hiruzen didn't do anything. All you'll see is a body that won't move. Hiruzen simply stopped it from appearing with the Neutralizer.

OK so maybe he stopped it, why didn't he stop the other two? Or at least try. There is no such thing as neutraliser, you just made it up.

The only being able to use that neutraliser is the juubi or it's jinchiriki and maybe a rinnegan user .
