I actually think Part 1 Sakura was better and more promising then Part 2 Sakura?

I know alot of people thought she was annoying etc, but she had alot of high expectations in my book at certain times, she was the best person on team 7 that could escape and know when she was in a genjustu

she also had alot of fighting and strageic moments, like in the forest when they were trying to take sasuke and naruto and sasuke were out cold and she had to defend them off with rocklee and back then when she use to have "Inner sakura", she use to have good comedy moments aswell, besides just hiting Naruto, i think alot of reason's why people hate sakura is because kishimoto changed her character

in part 2 she basically became a Tsunade 2.0, but in part 1 she had her own style Imo, She used to use a justsu similar to kabuto's in part 1 called the "Chakra scalpel" where her hands turn sharp like blades with chakra on it, and if she developed it, in shippuden, it would've been powerful, kabuto used it while fighting itachi and sasuke when itachi had sasuke's sword, i think that she should've trained with kabuto while he was a spy at konoah, because she could've used healing tenchinques for fighting instead of just healing people, or maybe she could've trained with gai-sensei at the end of part 1 instead of Tsunade, she also uses tai-justu alot, so it could've been similar to lee's and she could be super fast and etc
like i said before i think it would've been better and if kishimoto didint make her so much like Tsunade because before she had her own style, she was insecure but it was cute at the same time.

Just because she could get out of genjutsu doesn't mean much. She couldn't do anything else which is why she became Tsunade 2.0 It took kishi until like chapter 630 something to make her semi useful :)

I agree, I liked part one Sakura because there was mystery in to what she would become in the future. I was interested to see how she would be developed. But Kishi did a horrible job with Sakura in part 2.

Or kishi could have expanded upon the whole inner Sakura thing and make it like an alter who, but he instead abandoned the idea after ino's fight with her...

In part 1 she couldn't do anything :l Only cry to Sasuke and cut her hair -___-
She only got 'strong' when she got Tsunade's healing lessons and the forehead mark.

Hinata should have been in Team 7 instead of Sakura.

The fact that Kishimoto has more or less admitted that he prefers Hinatas character means he would have most likely developed her more had she been on the original team; and in doing so would have probably developed the Hyuugas origin story (why does Kaguya have the Byakugan?) in the process.

Kishi could have also made her a genjutsu user like kurenai. She should have trained with kurenai during the time skip instead of with Tsunade.

To me, it seems that kishi leaves hinata out often because he doesn't want her iverahadowing Sakura. I mean, hinata would have been 100x easier and better of a heroine to write, with her being ahyiga and all. She even has a solid baxkatory, and a kekkai genkai that stems from the ootsutsuki family like Naruto and sasuke.

Yeah i actually liked the way she was going, i mean she was very young and didint have a bad childhood like most of the people in the naruto-universe, thats why i didint really mind her silly/stupid moments at times, she actually was really smart and was very self-consicous, i could relate because i think about alot of stuff before i do them, but in shippuden i feel like her personality was alterd to be like tsunade.

Kishi never stated that. It was apparently a mistranslation. If anything, I read he was tired of people bringing up Hinata all the time

i agree she did have a lot of potential but instead she turned into a tsuande clone in part 2 with no diversity or genjustsu feats.

That is an underachieving work on Sakura & both Hinata on the Manga staff's part. Because of the way things turned out, people refuse to see that Hinata could've been developed more than Sakura means that Sakura's development & character weren't used to her full potential or differently as well.

Hinata definitely could have been utilized a lot better, but so could Sakura. That is no slight on either of their characters, but it is the wasted potential in story & development & execution on the Manga team's part. Not only them , but every other character's abilities.

Garra is a good example as well, He had a good backstory, a good way of fighting style with the sand, and he was as strong as naruto and sasuke back in part 1, he didint get ****ed over as much as the other characters did because he got to become Kazekage and stuff but i think that he could've got a major power-up just recently, when kishimoto showed that chapter of the old man and shukaku and he had the same symbol as garra, kishimoto could've used that for garra to get some type of power-up because it was kinda like a prohecy similar to naruto's

Part 2 Sakura can still do these things. I don't see the point.
