As a part time work I actually sell vacations at a really cheap price for travelers. This happen months ago but it turns out I called this lady from DC and gave her the script and selling her a vacation. Turns out she said that she and her husband used to travel a lot on vacations with timeshares but I don't go anymore cause my husband was shot from a home invasion. And of course I said I was sorry for the loss and left. I reserched a bit and found this article.

Husband came in defense after the guy pistol whip his son and was shot. The mother was also kicked in the head several times.
