I'm pretty sure that Orochimaru either changed his body/modified it if he kept the WZ one, but the experiments are present and he's got a team working on it along him. Yamato was discovered only Kishi knows when, and if Oro had evil intentions he wouldn't be walking on his legs anymore. Naruto isn't cautious, he knows Orochimaru is just absurd to the point he could create armies of Kaguyas 2.0 and take over the world, he isn't that iron fist type of Hokage.

Best he could do is TNJ Sasuke, but that goes on cooldown every 3 years when used on Uchihas Lol.
