I haven't seen the movie yet but if i remember right Hiashi used a Air Palm Large and powerful enough to knock back one of the Juubi's hands. Quite a feat for someone labeled as "Fodder"

I always considered him some what kage level

Hinata is Hamura waiting for, a hero in otsutsuki prophecy the byakuan princess to save Otsutsuki noble duty to protect byakugan and Kaguya legacy. She gifted with Otsutsuki hamura power but she cant fight like Naruto/Sasuke. Power wise she is above.
