I don't think the Otsutsuki bloodline is as strong/special as the Senju and Uchiha. Why? Simply because these two clans didn't inherit their powers from the Otsutsuki (Byakugan + Bones manipulation) to begin with, but from an INSANELY powerful source which is the Shinju and its Holy Fruit. That's Why I envision the equation of the clans' power to be as follows:
Senju = Uchiha > Otsutsuki > Hyuuga
