1. If 64 palms can put Hidan down then the Hyuga wins. If not, Hyuga loses. The scenario doesn't matter.

2. Kakuzu wins. The only reliable defense the Hyuga has is Rotation and Air Palm. Speed is equalized and Kakuzu can attack from 3 angles with his masks. Not a contest. The Hyuga loses in both scenarios. Someone who is basically Hiashi with Twin Lions Fist with Neji's speed isn't overcoming a foe that Kakashi w/ back up failed to defeat.
