Background Info.
History: A long time ago, Konoha and Uzushiogakure were close allies. A couple from one of the branch families of the Hyuuga was granted permission from the head family to settle in Uzushiogakure as part of a permanent embassy to the allied village. The family lived, intermarrying with some of the locals, until Uzushiogakure was destroyed in war. The distant Hyuuga branch family was forced to abandon the village, but was unable to return to Konoha, which by then was no longer their home, though they officially pledge allegiance to Konoha. They have since lived in a small settlement not far from the place where Uzushiogakure once stood. Recently, Seifukusha reached the age appropriate for learning ninjutsu. He is intent on mastering the use of his undeveloped Byakugan.
