So here's my thoughts...

Gamamaru. Hagoromo's contract summon. The Great Toad Sage.

Kaguya originally had the Byakugan and with the sharingan powers, which she got from the fruit.
I am pondering that when she gave birth to her two sons, Hagoromo had the Sharingan and his brother, let's call him Gagi, inherited the Byakugan, Kaguya's pure eyes instead.

Gagi only inherited the eyes, not her mother's strong chakra. He then had descendants, later came to be the Hyuuga. This is how I see Hyuuga being separate from the bloodline of strong chakra.

[Gagi could have also inherited Sharingan. Gagi and Hagoromo both had EMS. Then as Rinnegan recipe says, Hagoromo also was given his brother's EMS then Rinnegan formed. I dont know. ANyway....]

Now, if Hagoromo really had the Sharingan, he might have acquired the Rinnegan after they subdued the Juubi. His eyes transformed into the Rinnegan, also obtaiining the Juubi's chakra. This gave him the strong life force, which Kaguya didn't have.

Elder son, Indra inherited Sharingan, the Sage's eyes. And Ashura then inherited the Sage's body.

Ashura kind of defeated Indra, making his brother fled, or his eyes sealed. Then the forming of clans bloomed as Ashura dawned it to happen. Those who had Sharingan came together. Those who had Byakugan. Those who practised sealing techs... so on..

And it has come to this....
Naruto's Bijuu Mode? Why does it look like Ashura's? If it's because of Ashura's transmigrated chakra on Naruto, then why does Minato's bijuu mode appears the same way too? When Ashura never really had something to do with Minato. With this, I reckon Ashura as the first Kyuubi Jinchuriki. I dont know, maybe kyuubi believes in Ashura as Hagoromo does. So he helped ashura fight Indra.
The Bijuu Mode appearance, may I say, is Kurama's doing. If it's ashura's, that woul explain Naruto's resemblance because Ashura is currently reincarnated in Naruto. But not In Minato. Unless it's a plot hole.

No, Kurama would of remembered that. Naruto is the first person other then the sage that Kurama liked enough to share his chakra with. On the other hand, a lot of people are getting this transmigrant chakra thing confused. It's an effect not a ghost. The chakra can cling to more then one thing. The thing that one should really pay attention to is the fact that when the clans that derived from the sage get into the handful numbers the members get stronger. Perhaps, the chakra clings to the descendants and the less there is the more it solidifies in the remaining.

Agree. Maybe that's Ashura inheriting the Sage's body. A manifestation of Bijuu Mode. Ashura and Naruto's BM look alike. But why does Minato's does too??
