Personality
Nero tends to be shy and realistic. He is a quick thinker and very observant. He is the embodiment of pure modesty. He can't bear to be taken care of but rather prefers to take care of others. He has keen, good intellects, and is very discriminating about those with whom he associates with. Handles business matters with good judgment and is not easily imposed upon or deceived.
Nero is also usually materialistic in his view of life, analyzing & reasoning everything from his own way of thinking outwards. He is and attracted to only that knowledge that can be applied usefully. He will happily share his information with anyone, if he confirms their own usefulness in the world, and brings them eagerly out of their shells.
Nero can become a good literary critic, being quick to see the weak points. He is extremely fond of harmony in his surroundings, having excellent taste about his house and attire. Nero always want things that are in good taste, and elegant.
Finally, Nero is usually fastidious about his personal appearance. Has a great respect for rank and position and is a great supporter of the law and the law's decisions. He usually develops this skill to improve himself and his surroundings as he places great pride in tangible achievements. People like Nero spend part of their lives heading off on detours and then suddenly emerging as someone with a remarkable sense of direction. Background
Nero was born in Konoha during the Autumn Harvest to two very lucky parents known as Hiro and Hirigami of the prestigious Hyuuga Family.
He attended the Ninja Academy at the age of 5 and Graduated at the age of 9. Afterwards he sought out training, hoping to become of better use to Konoha. However, times were scarce and many of the student slots had been filled. Dismayed at his failure, Nero decided to head out and search for training not caring from whom it came from or wherever the training led.
He traveled near and far only to get rejected. His powers of sight were quite valuable but not many would want to teach a wanderer. However his resolve was strong and he continued forward. He eventually came to Kirigakure where he was fortunate to receive training from the revered Sensei, Migualon of the Two J's. He was kind enough to teach him the ways of water mastery. However war loomed nearer and Migualon was called upon to perform for his people leaving Nero to wander the land once more in search of more training. With his appreciation in the lessons he learned, he set foot for the legendary Land of Iron, following a rumor of a Legendary Samurai Swordsman Named Kaito Izanami. Upon arrival he was greeted to a battle to the death to which, with no prior skills, was an inch to death. A kind figure loomed over Nero and offered a hand. This wonderful stranger fought the bandits that had threatened to kill Nero with such great skill and benevolence that he was taken aback. His skill in Earth Jutsu was quite remarkable that Nero took note of every technique he performed and took notes for later reference. He then performed a grandious technique that summoned a meteor to crush the enemies below ending the lives of those wretched criminals.
Afterwards, Nero followed Kaito wherever he went in hopes of learning from the master. Being kind and stern, Kaito offered to teach the young seedling. Over a period of weeks, Nero used his lessons taught by Migualon and applied it to his Earth training making quick progress than before. Nero gained such respect for his masters that he decided to carve their name on his hand to remind him of their kindness and to one day teach the same values. However, war also entered the shores of the Land of Iron and his Sensei Kaito was called to the front lines to lead the many valiant Samurai whose skills were unrivaled.
With no one to teach him, Nero traveled to Sunagakure in hopes of meeting a great teacher as well. Maybe he would have the honor of meeting the greats such as Jacob Moore, ReXii, Emperor, Rei, or even the Talented Vision-sama he would hear about. One can only hope that such a dream would come true...

Genetic Deformity: Nero has a rather strange genetic deformity that instead of his eyes being white like the Hyuuga they are Red instead.
Standard Ninja Weapons: Nero carries in his pouch basic ninja weapons such as Shurikens, Kunais, Metal Wire, a pack of cigarettes, and a Lighter (for smoking).
Red Trench Knife Tanto: Nero carries a Tanto that is strapped to his left leg. It has the handle of a trench knife. It is a modified version of a Tanto although it is nothing special just a weapon. On it is inscribed the kanji for "Heaven's garments are without seams" (天衣無縫, Ten'i Muhō). They refer to perfect beauty without any artificial elements.
Bad Habits: Nero has a bad habit of smoking. He blames his addiction to a childhood friend named Vision who taught him the art of smoking. No matter if you take away his smokes he always has an extra pair hidden somewhere.
