Well, we ARE talking about Sakura. If this is a Chuunin Exams-type scenario, with extended prep time, she COULD be able to render the 64 Palms ineffective. It still won't be enough though...

Overall, Neji is supposedly a better fighter than her, however she did showed her might in the fight with Sasori and proved she can fight so, dunno.

Neji takes this pretty easily really.

Sakura doesn't have the speed or the technique to take him on. Even if she could heal herself after Gentle Fist all he has to do is stop the chakra flow in her arms and she won't be healing anything.
Sure, if she makes contact Neji is finished but she just wouldn't unless he went easy on her for some reason.

This would be an extremely short and one sided battle, Sakura could barely handle an Air Palm.

Neji dodges Lee on a regular basis, he knows how to evade (and NOT BLOCK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE) vastly stronger opponents. I imagine him to be significantly faster than Sakura in hand to hand, and wouldn't be caught off-guard by her tricks. Probably.


On a side-note, WHY did Sakura bring a kunai against Sasuke? She can accomplish just as much with a single, even glancing, punch. I could understanf if it was a feint (make him focus on dodging the kunai so he'd have to block a punch) but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I personally think Sakura takes this.

Why? Can she hit Neji?

The strongest boy from Konoha 11 ( after Naruto) vs the strongest girl in Konoha 11. It would be a good fight. They are both good in taijutsu, and they are both intelligent.
Howewer, I think Neji would win this fight. The Byakugan is too much for Sakura.

Neji really takes this easily because even if she healed the points neji would hit he still has a variety of moves he could use on her. on another note sakura probably couldn't land a hit on neji in the first place.
