Hyuuga and Otsutsuki are same or different bloodline?

They both wielder of doujutsu Byakugan and maybe the first people that using chakura. But wired when we see almost all Hyuga technique related with to cut/disconnect chakura movement. Hyuga are taijustsu user and practically has no technique require elemental chakura unless it related with ying-yang. I believe Otsutsuki the clan is Hagoromo and Hamura father clan while Kaguya belong to Hyuga so her surname will be Otsutsuki. But it still didnt explain why Kaguya using Kaguya clan technique which indeed non require chakura. The problem start when Kaguya eat shinju fruit and born first children with chakura which is Hagoromo and Hamura. Then come Hagoromo clan, Uzumaki, Senju, Uchiha, Kaguya clan, etc.. which is all using chakura to fight.

Hamura prophecy and Otsutsuki believe on Byakugan Princess had to do with the origin of clan? cant it be Hyuga as old as otsutsuki? why Hagoromo born with Rinnegan not Byakugan?

The Hyuuga clan is a descendant of the Otsusuki Clan. Much like how the Uchiha and Senju are also descendant of the Otsutsuki.

First Thing Hamura's descendent is Toneri not Hyuuga . Hyuuga are more like distant relation even though they latter have connection with Hamura . But his true Descendents had Tensigen abilities , Hyuuga did not have Tensigen Powers.
